Introducing the Harken Radix, the next step in the evolution of load management for technical rope rescue and rope access systems.

The Radix load monitor will change the way we look at the forces on our rope systems, and as a result, increase safety and efficiency.

Radix provides real time load data and is compatible with all mobile devices. Its certification as a connector (ANSI Z359.12-2019) combined with its compact, lightweight (yet still robust) construction makes it easier to carry to real rescues and remote jobs.

The logging function stores and archives past data to inform best practices, and to mitigate risk and liability. The broadcast functionality of Radix allows an unlimited number mobile devices to monitor and log data from a single Radix unit. In addition, it enables any single mobile device to monitor up to 16 Radix units.

The Harken Safety and Rescue app is available through The App Store for iOS devices, and through the Google Play Store for Android devices. Available in Summer 2025.
